Let tension melt away as your mind & body realign to the harmony of your highest self.

Keys to a great experience:

• Bring blankets, pillows, cushions, mats or anything else that will allow you to comfortably recline on the floor
  
• Chairs are available to those who prefer a seated position
  
• Let go of expectations as the vibrations move over, around, and through your physical and energetic bodies
  
• There is only support here, no judgement
  
• This class is best suited for adults and children 13 years and older
  
• Layered clothing or a extra blanket is suggested as you may feel cooler as your body relaxes

This is an in person class at a physical location.  Free onsite parking and nearby free public parking is available.

In order to keep our community as safe as possible, anyone with the following symptoms is asked to stay home and contact us for a credit or refund.

• A fever in the last two days of 100°F or above
• Currently have or have recently had any coughing, sneezing, sore throat, runny nose, shortness of breath, or flu symptoms
• Have been in contact with anyone in the last 14 days (two weeks) who has been diagnosed with Covid-19, Coronavirus type symptoms, or the flu
