This is a 60 minute in person Acu Detox session with Lia at our physical location at 315 N. Grove St.

Acu Detox is a specific five point auricular (ear) acupuncture protocol for stress, trauma, substance use, and mental health management.

Acu Detox helps the mind and body release stress and toxins. It is especially helpful at regulating challenging emotions, such as anger, guilt, and grief, and mental health struggles, such as depression, anxiety, and substance use.
